Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SureWyse. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your company.

The service

SureWyse provides business management software (HR, payroll, attendance, leave, CRM, invoicing, finance and related modules) delivered as a subscription. We may improve or modify features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan during a paid term.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your company enters and for keeping account credentials secure.
• Workspace administrators control who in your company can access what; you are responsible for those access decisions.
• You may not use the service to break the law or to store content you have no right to hold.

Trials and billing

• Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required and nothing is charged if you let the trial lapse.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or annually, until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your data

Workspace data belongs to your company. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Data remains exportable for 90 days after cancellation.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
