The whole business, in one workspace.

SureWyse runs the parts of a company that normally live in six different apps — your people, your customers, your money and your stock — and connects them, so a quote becomes an invoice, a clock-in becomes a payslip, and nothing gets typed twice.

What's in the box

Not a module list you grow into. It's all there on day one.

8connected workspaces, from HR to the general ledger
102individual permissions, so access matches the job
12ready-made roles you can use or rewrite
Multicurrency, country, branch and timezone throughout
The problem

Your business runs on six disconnected tools.

A spreadsheet for staff records. Another for attendance. A payroll app that doesn't talk to either. Invoices in one system, expenses in another, stock counted by hand, and approvals happening over chat. Every handoff is a place where money and time leak.

SureWyse replaces the pile with one connected workspace. The leaks close because there are no handoffs left: the same record simply moves from one part of the business to the next, and every step of it is recorded.

How it fits together

One record, all the way through.

This is what "all-in-one" is supposed to mean. Not twelve apps behind one login — the same record moving between them, carrying its numbers with it.

Design your approval chain. No code, no chasing.

Employee self-service

Every employee gets their own portal.

Payslips, leave requests, attendance, expenses, loans, assets, documents and their own contracts — employees handle it all with a secure login instead of emailing HR. Fewer interruptions for your team, faster answers for theirs.

GPS clock-in and attendance history
Download payslips, submit expenses with receipts

Control & accountability

The bigger the system, the more the permissions matter.

One workspace holding payroll, customer money and stock only works if people see exactly their own slice of it. Deciding that is the first thing SureWyse asks you, and the easiest thing to change later.

Permissions that match responsibility
Start with roles, then narrow by attribute — department, branch, country, project or ownership. A branch manager sees their branch; a regional lead sees the region.
Approvals as rules, not chases
Route expenses, leave and purchases through the chain you actually use, with conditions like "over $200 goes to Finance" and cover for absent approvers.
A complete audit trail
Every create, edit, approval and impersonation is logged with who, what, when and the values before and after. Answer the awkward question months later.
Two-factor and tenant isolation
Every account can require 2FA, including self-service logins. Each company is a separate tenant, and no query runs without one.

Frequently asked questions

One workspace covering the running of a small or medium business: HR and payroll, attendance and leave, CRM with quotes, invoices and receipts, double-entry accounting, inventory and point of sale, purchasing, projects, contracts with e-signature, and a self-service portal for every employee. It is a single login and a single database instead of a stack of disconnected tools.
The records connect. An accepted quote becomes an invoice with the same total, a clock-in becomes a line in the payroll run, a received purchase order becomes stock and a bill in the cash-flow forecast. Nothing gets retyped at a handoff, which is where numbers usually go wrong.
No. Permissions decide what each role even sees, so you can run HR and payroll first and switch on invoicing or inventory later. Modules that nobody has permission for simply do not appear in the sidebar.
The payroll engine is built around per-country packs: tax and statutory deduction rules are configurable rather than hard-coded, and multi-currency and multi-timezone are supported throughout. Which jurisdictions are pre-configured depends on your plan — ask us about yours.
Employees and contacts import from CSV or Excel, and you can set opening balances in the ledger rather than re-entering history. Larger migrations are worth a conversation first.
Only whoever you allow. Salary visibility is its own permission, separate from being able to see an employee record at all, and attribute policies can restrict it further by department or branch. Every access is logged.
No. There is a versioned REST API, reports export, and you can cancel from your workspace settings with your data exportable afterwards.

Replace the tool pile. Keep the control.

Set up your workspace in an afternoon. Your team will feel it by Friday.
